The first tip to playing better golf is to map out a game plan of the course. Just by looking at the scorecard, it should be evident which holes will cause problems and which may be vulnerable. The easy holes will be represented by a larger number of handicap. These are the ones to go after.
Another area to improve on is to take hazards out of play. On every hole, there are problems. By playing to your strengths, you can effectively eliminate them. Don’t put a shot into the water when it is easier to lay up. Go long instead of flirting with that dreaded sand.
Don't hesitate, you need to create the Perfect Golf Swing and be playing better almost immediately.
